Be prepared to talk about why personalized learning is vital to your students' success and how you plan to accomplish your goals.

- Read the article online and host a face to face discussion. (Substitution)
- Post the article in a staff Google Classroom and ask staff to comment on the article and respond to peers. (If you don't already have one, please set one up) (Augmentation - Option 1)
- Have staff save the article as an image and use the app, Skitch, to mark up the text before discussing. (Augmentation - Option 2)
- Have staff read, markup, discuss online, and then create their own narrative of either teaching and learning in a disconnected environment or a connected environment using their choice of tool (Adobe Voice, iMovie, Keynote, or Pages). (Modification)
- Have staff read, markup, discuss online, and then create their own narrative of either teaching and learning in a disconnected environment or a connected environment using their choice of tool (Adobe Voice, iMovie, Keynote, or Pages) and post production in our WCPS Digital Learning Facebook Group. Look at other posts in the group and have teachers read, reflect, and post to a teacher who is in a different grade level (elementary, middle or high) or content area. (Redefinition)
